Hi Jeevyl and the entire staff,
We had such an amazing time at Xaloc I can't believe its over. I just want to thank you once again, everything was even better than we expected, and coming from new york, that means alot. The entire staff made our holiday one we will remember for a long time, and hopefully you will see us soon! Keep up the good work!!!

I must say that Isla Holbox is a charming and calming place. I found the staff at Xaloc very helpful and kind. The privacy of the individual rooms within the landscape of the property was very nice. The pool was a pleasant extra on those hot days when you wanted to be near the bar for refreshment or food. The lunches that I had by the pool were very tasty and filling.
The many service people employed by Xaloc were always helpful, kind and appropriate in every way from their appearance to their desire to make you happy with any request. ( I stayed 3 nights at Xaloc) I would like to give special thanks to the staff at Xaloc for the help with arranging boat tours and transportation and to the food service staff for great service from breakfast to dinner time.
