Trasfers

To make your arrival to the hotel easier, comfortable and secure we can organize the transfer for you from Cancun, the Riviera Maya and from Mérida to Xaloc and viceversa.


Overland Transfer.

The transfer by the overland route will be realized in comfortable VANS and the transfer from the pier of Chiquila to the island can be realized in public ferrys or in little fast boats.
Please consider that the last cross by public ferry is at 7:00pm.

The minimum charge is for 2 persons, signifies if one person travels alone will apply a double charge.



Airway Transfer.
Besides the advantage to arrive from Cancun to Holbox in only 25 minutes you will be able to admire the island from the sky. That will be without any doubt an incredible experience.

The sports aircraft is for at maximum 5 persons and the price is per flight and not per person.

Payment Conditions

A 50% of the total amount is required to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation Terms

These conditions will apply without giving importance on the reasons of cancellation. Please read them with attention.

Cancellation penalities for cancellations received with:

more than 25 days before date of arrival: 35% of the total amount of the stay.

25 days before date of arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay.

15 days before day of arrival: 80% of the total amount of the stay.

Anticipated departure: 80% for each cancelled night For no show on the booked date: 100% of the first night / 80% of the rest of the stay.

In case of not beeing possible to make effective a reservation because of reasons like bad weather or hurricane risk the payment will not be refundable, but nevertheless able to use for future dates.
