In
the restaurant Maja´che our chef will delight your taste with
exquisite Mexican and Yucatecan dishes. Holbox is a village that traditionally
has dedicated its activities to fishing, that’s why the fish
and lobster menus are some of the most exquisite ones, and without
any doubt fresh from the sea – just try them!
If you would like to change a little bit your menu, we offer you fine cuts of meat, as well as pasta and vegetarian dishes. The restaurant a la carte is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and for the ones who allow us to organize their tastes, apart from the menu, we spoil you with half pension, this means your stay includes dinner. The dinner consists of a daily varying menue including four pltes: entré, cream or soup, main dish (option to choose meat or fish) and dessert. If you have to follow any special diet, please let us know. In Xaloc we like to please our customers. |
